CoolEatz – Flea Cafe Serving Fresh Comb Honey

About two weeks ago I taught the CoolEatz/Flea Cafe staff and friends how to harvest honey from their two hives that I helped set up last year. About 30 pounds of honey was harvested using the crush and strain method and about another 20 to 25 pounds of honey we kept as comb honey. The comb honey will be used at the CoolEatz restaurants and served on the cheese plate. Michael Biesemeyer took these awesome photos to share with us.
