Treasure Island Bees Working Red Gum Bloom

This past weekend was the 17th San Francisco Dragon Boat Festival on Treasure Island. Took the family there for a few hours of entertainment. While walking towards the event from the parking lot I noticed a lot of Red Gum in full bloom. Red Gum is an Eucalyptus tree that gives off a nice red bloom and supposed to provide an awesome darker colored honey which has the highest levels of antioxidants compared to the other Eucalyptus variants.
